Seven work streams are being taken forward by partners from the WECB pilot, and all are moving into the implementation phase.

Discussions with a range of partners have confirmed that a new strategic, multi-agency Partnership Board is required to maintain the momentum of the WECB programme and help drive forward public sector reforms across Greater Essex.
