My name's Dominic Collins and I'm leading the Whole Essex Community Budget project to define an infrastructure strategy for the county.  I work as a Senior Policy Manager at Essex County Council.

I’m Matt Furber, a Senior Divisional Officer with Essex County Fire and Rescue Service, seconded to the Whole Essex Community Budget programme.

Hello, I’m Chief Inspector Alan Ray, reporting back on my observations of the Whole Essex Community Budget. I’ve been a police officer since 1993, working across Essex before becoming a Chief Inspector in 2007. Given my professional background, it is perhaps unsurprising that I’m part of the Community Budget’s community safety workstream.

Re-designing the Essex Public Sector - Mobilising the Whole Essex Community Budget
